Located 2 steps from the Golf and the pretty port of Ponant, this functional and well-equipped apartment ensures you have a pleasant stay a few minutes from the beach and the shops.
Its living room opens onto an east-facing terrace with a side view of the port of Ponant. It has a 140 cm bed in the bedroom as well as a trundle bed (2 90 cm beds) and a flat-screen TV. In the living room there is a 160 Rapido sofa (easy to open) and a second television. The very well equipped kitchen with microwave, oven, washing machine, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, citrus press, and plenty of storage. 2 tables will be at your disposal to enjoy meals inside or on the terrace.
At the entrance is a dressing room with iron and ironing board as well as a bathroom with toilet.
Please note that end-of-stay cleaning, household linen and bathroom linen are not included in the price. However, if you wish, we invite you to contact us to add these services.
A common car park within the residence with numerous parking spaces will allow you to park your car in the basement.
Regarding the swimming pool, it will be open subject to sanitary conditions permitting. The agency disclaims all liability in the event of a decision to close the pools by the property manager or the competent authorities. No refund or compensation can then be claimed.
