This studio for 4 people will delight you with its beautiful sea view. Covering an area of 27 m², this cabin studio with terrace and lift is located a stone's throw from the beach. It can accommodate up to 4 people with its sofa bed in the living room and its bunk beds in the cabin, the upper bed not being suitable for children under 6 years old (article 6 of Decree no 95-949 of 25 August 1995). The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub with toilet. The living room offers you a beautiful unobstructed view and has television. The kitchen is equipped, including a microwave, a coffee maker, a refrigerator, a dishwasher… This apartment is ideal for spending holidays by the sea. It will allow you to relax in a green environment. Please note that end-of-stay cleaning, linens and towels are not included in the price. However, if you wish, we invite you to contact us to add these services. Private parking within the residence will allow you to park your car. A wide range of water sports, such as wake boarding, windsurfing and water skiing, can be enjoyed just steps from the apartment.
