It will allow you to relax while enjoying a magnificent unobstructed view of the ponant. Located a stone's throw from the golf course and the pretty port of Ponant, this functional and well-equipped apartment ensures you have a stay a few minutes from the beach and shops. With an area of 25m², it can accommodate up to 2 people. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and the toilets are separate. The living room equipped with a sofa bed opens onto a beautiful terrace and a garden. It is equipped with a television. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including a microwave, coffee maker, fridge with freezer. A washing machine also available.
Please note that end-of-stay cleaning, linens and towels are not included in the price. However, if you wish, we invite you to contact us to add these services. A collective car park within the residence or near the golf course will allow you to park your car.
Regarding the swimming pool, it will be open provided that sanitary conditions allow it. The agency disclaims all responsibilities in the event of a decision to close the pools by the residence manager or the competent authorities. No reimbursement or compensation can then be claimed.
