Regarding the swimming pool, it will be open subject to sanitary conditions permitting. The agency disclaims all liability in the event of a decision to close the pools by the property manager or the competent authorities. No refund or compensation can then be claimed.
The apartment is on the second floor of the residence and does not have an elevator. Free car parks are located at the foot of the building.
